Medusa

Built at Snead Island Boat Works and launched on September 26, 1980, the Medusa was the vessel Captain Banks sailed for most of his fishing career. The boat measured 42.3' long, 16.4' wide, and 6.4' deep. Banks's first fishing trip aboard the Medusa began on January 1, 1981 and he continued sailing it until his death in 2004. The boat sank some years after his death.
